Dave Gold

    "I began playing guitar at age eleven. I had been studying trumpet, but became so interested in guitar that I saved thirty three dollars and bought my first guitar".
    After four years of study I was introduced to the music of Andres Segovia. His awesome playing placed me on a path that included instructors from Berklee School of Music, New England Conservatory and University of Minnesota. I now get to share my passion with others.

    As a full time private instructor. Dave also finds time to perform , and compose music. In addition, Dave has hosted and opened for concert and workshops venues for some of the world's greatest guitarist and persons, such as Muriel Anderson, Chris Proctor, Duck Baker, Michael Gulezian, Michael Chapdelaine, and Jerry Snyder.
    David is also a great imitator of such Artist's: Al Pacino, Elvis Presley, Arnold Swhartzeneiger,
Ronald Reagan, Richard Nixon, Ross Perot, JFK, Clint Eastwood, Paul McCartney, and Louis Armstrong and many others. From singing on stage  with full band backup to a private solo guitar concert, Dave has a wide spectrum of talents. He also has a bit of natural comedian in him. Dave also takes on the appearence of... Billy Joel, George Lucas among other famous people and not to mention A Famous Statue!.

   Dave's teaching forte is classical and strum guitar with a special teaching talent and passion for children.
   Dave is also a schooled musical instrument technician, specializing in band instruments. Dave also studied electronics and worked in the semiconductor field for 12 years and worked in music retail for several years.
   Daves composition and recording focus has now taken a new direction in the educational field and soon new related products will be released in early 2005.
